  • No. Every Infratint film is a metal-free nano-ceramic, so there is no metallic content to attenuate signals. Your In-Vehicle Unit (IU) reads ERP gantries normally, our films are fully compatible with the next-generation On-Board Unit (OBU) for ERP 2.0, and CarPlay, Android Auto and GPS all work exactly as before.

  • Singapore's Land Transport Authority requires ≥70% combined glass-plus-film Visible Light Transmission on the front windscreen and ≥25% on side windows and the rear windscreen. We measure post-installation VLT on every window with a calibrated photometer and guarantee a pass at VICOM inspection.

  • If your vehicle fails VICOM VLT measurement due to film we installed, we re-do the installation at no charge. We measure pre-release so this is rare, but the guarantee holds.

  • Most full-car installations take about 3 hours. Add 30 to 60 minutes if existing film needs removing first. It's a same-day service, so there's no overnight drop-off: you can wait in our customer lounge or explore nearby amenities while we work, one car at a time in a dust-controlled bay.

  • Platinum99 holds its appearance and heat-rejection performance for 10–15 years in Singapore tropical conditions. Its 7-year warranty for the original owner covers bubbling, peeling, silvering, fade and adhesive failure.

  • Ceramic uses nano-particles to selectively reject infrared at peak heat-rejection wavelengths while staying optically clear. Carbon rejects modestly via absorption; dyed rejects very little and fades to purple in 12–24 months in Singapore sun. Quality ceramic delivers 60%+ Total Solar Energy Rejected versus 30–45% for carbon and 15–25% for dyed.

  • Windscreen tint stays optically clear — the LTA's 70% VLT rule effectively requires this. Side and rear windows can go darker. We typically recommend 30–40% VLT on side windows for privacy without compromising night-time visibility. Rear glass can go further if you prefer.

  • Wait at least 24 hours for front side windows, and ideally 7 days for rear side windows and the rear windscreen. The pressure-sensitive adhesive cures over 3–7 days in Singapore conditions. Rolling windows down too early can disturb the bond and create edge defects.

  • Small water bubbles immediately after installation are normal — they're application solution evaporating through the film. They clear within 3–7 days as the adhesive cures. Persistent bubbles after two weeks are uncommon; bring the car in for inspection if you see them.

  • Use an ammonia-free glass cleaner and a soft clean microfibre cloth. Ammonia damages film adhesives and hard coats. For everyday cleaning, mild soap and water with a microfibre is also fine. Avoid abrasive products entirely.

  • A full-car Platinum99 install starts at S$788 — that's the top of our 4-tier range and our most heat-rejecting film. Windscreen-only Platinum99 from S$300. MPV/SUV adds S$50. WhatsApp us with your vehicle make and model for an exact quote, or see the full price table at /pricing.

  • We can replace film originally installed elsewhere as a paid retint. Warranty work at no charge is only for film we installed under an active Infratint warranty. Out-of-warranty retints are quoted at our standard rate.
