By using the site, submitting a form or making a booking, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

📄 1. Site content and accuracy

Content on this site is provided for general information about our window-tinting services. We keep it accurate and current to the best of our ability, but film specifications, availability and published prices are indicative and may change without notice. Nothing on this site constitutes a binding offer; the contract for an installation is formed at the workshop when you accept the confirmed quote.

💰 2. Pricing and quotes

"From" prices shown on the site are starting prices for the smallest vehicle class in a tier. Your exact price depends on the vehicle's glass area, panel count and film selection, and is confirmed by the team over WhatsApp or at the workshop after seeing the vehicle. Promotional prices, where offered, apply only for their stated period and cannot be combined unless we say otherwise.

📅 3. Online bookings

• A booking made through this site reserves your selected date and time slot, and we send a confirmation to the mobile number you provide.
• You may reschedule or cancel free of charge using the link in your confirmation or by messaging the workshop on WhatsApp. Please give us reasonable notice so the slot can be released to other customers.
• If you arrive significantly late, we may need to shorten the scope of same-day work or rebook you, since installations are scheduled back to back.
• Booking details you submit must be accurate and relate to a vehicle you own or are authorised to have worked on.

✉️ 4. Your submissions

When you submit an enquiry, booking or warranty claim, you confirm the information is accurate and you consent to us contacting you about it on the channels you provided. Personal data in your submissions is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

The Infratint name, wordmark, site design, copy, photography and videos are owned by or licensed to Infratint Automotive Film Pte Ltd. You may view and share links to this content freely. You may not reproduce, scrape, republish or use it commercially without our written permission, except as permitted under Singapore copyright law.

🛡️ 6. Warranty

Film warranty terms, coverage periods and the claim process are documented on our warranty page and in the records we keep for your installation. Where this site's general copy and the warranty terms differ, the warranty terms prevail.

🚦 7. Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its systems.
• Do not submit bookings or enquiries that are false, automated or made in bulk.
• Do not interfere with the site's operation, including by scraping at volume, probing for vulnerabilities or transmitting malicious code.

We may suspend access and cancel bookings that breach this section.

The site links to third-party services such as Google Maps, Google reviews, WhatsApp and social platforms. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies; we do not control and are not responsible for their content or practices.

Liability connected to an installation is governed by the contract formed for that installation and the applicable warranty terms.
