What's covered
- Bubbling that does not clear within the cure period
- Edge lift, silvering and delamination
- Adhesive failure causing the film to detach
- UV fade or colour shift beyond the rated specification
- Installation defects (dust, defroster damage, misalignment)
How to claim
- WhatsApp us photos of the issue, or bring the car to our I.Biz Centre workshop.
- We inspect the affected panels and confirm the defect type.
- We schedule the replacement, usually within 1 to 2 weeks.
- Defective film is removed, fresh film installed, and your record updated.
- No charge for covered defects, including labour and materials.
Aftercare keeps you covered
- Clean with an ammonia-free glass cleaner and a soft microfibre cloth.
- Avoid abrasive products and harsh solvents entirely.
- Do not leave suction-cup devices on the film for long periods.
- Roll windows down only after the cure period (24 hours front, 7 days rear).
