Manufacturer Warranty

Manufacturer warranty applies to the film itself: chemistry, adhesive, substrate, hard coat. It typically excludes installation defects (those fall under the installer warranty) and damage from misuse.

Claiming it requires the original installation documentation, which records the film, install date and vehicle.

Infratint makes and installs Platinum99 in-house, so the manufacturer and the installer are the same team. There is no third-party handoff: we handle every warranty matter directly, in one workshop.
