Installer Warranty

Installer warranty covers defects in the installation — edge lift, dust under the film, defroster damage, misalignment — separate from manufacturer warranty on the film itself.

Installer warranty terms vary by workshop. Reputable shops cover installation defects for the life of the film. Budget shops may cover only the first 3–12 months.

Common claims under installer warranty: edge lift, visible dust under cured film, defroster line damage discovered after install, alignment issues at the dot-matrix edge.

Infratint covers installer defects for the lifetime of the film for original-owner installations. We will re-install at no charge if any installation-related issue surfaces.
